Each student enrolling in Step-by-Step Guide to Real Estate Appraising will receive 16 (sixteen) continuing education credits upon satisfactorily completing course requirements.

All courses offered by East Coast Educational Services are residential courses which means we will be meeting in a classroom style facility.

Mentorship Program

Lexington Appraisals, a residential and commercial Real Estate appraisal firm, is offering a mentorship program.  This program will allow the appraiser to sign on with Lexington Appraisals for a small fee and complete an intense training. 

The program will also allow the appraiser to inspect up to 5 properties per week.  These reports will count toward the appraisers first twenty reports that are needed to be signed off on by a certified appraiser. The mentorship is a month long program.

FHA Program

Through this program, students will learn how to provide accurate and thorough FHA appraisals. Each student enrolling in the FHA Program will receive 6 (six) continuing education credits upon satisfactorily completing course requirements.

The session begins at 10 am and concludes at 1:30 pm. 

This course is not a prerequisite for registration, licensure or certification.
