Lexington Appraisals
Lexington Appraisals, a residential and commercial real estate appraisal firm, is offering a mentorship program. This program will allow all registered appraisers completing the "Step-by-Step Guide to Appraising" to sign on with Lexington Appraisals for a small fee and complete an intense training. The program will allow the appraiser to inspect up to 5 properties per week. These reports will count toward the appraisers first twenty reports that need to be sign off on by a certified appraiser. The next program is scheduled to begin in January and continues for approximately 30 days.

Kumbi Salim's Mentorship Program

Seeking registered appraisers to assist in getting the hours toward their license. There is no charge for this program. You are responsible for developing your own client base and I will supervise the completion of the reports. You must be trust worthy and a team player.
